Twenty four months, silent refill.
Every follower shipment from Twitterz is covered by a 24 month retention warranty that runs automatically without tickets, emails, or manual intervention. This page explains exactly how it works, what triggers a refill, what does not qualify, and the math behind why we are the only panel in the category offering this window.
The promise
Every follower shipment you buy from Twitterz comes with a 24 month retention warranty that starts from the moment your first follower lands on the handle. During those 24 months, if your follower count on our shipment drops by more than 2 percent, we refill from the same geo tier at no cost, without any action required from you. No tickets, no emails, no invoices. The refill just happens. Most customers do not notice it until they look at their refill history dashboard months later.
How the monitor works
Every 6 hours, our retention monitor polls your handle through the X public API and counts the followers attributable to our shipment. We know which accounts we shipped so the attribution is clean. When the count drops below 98 percent of the shipped volume, the monitor triggers a refill from the current pool matching your original geo tier. The refill enters the delivery queue on the next scheduler run, which is typically within 90 minutes.
The 2 percent threshold exists because X has minor fluctuations in how follower counts render hour to hour, and we do not want to trigger refills on noise. The threshold also filters out normal unfollow activity from accounts that organically decided they no longer want to follow you, because that is not something we should refill. Real drops above 2 percent are almost always X side purges, not individual unfollow decisions.
What the warranty covers
- Follower count drops from X inactive account purges. X runs quarterly purges of accounts that have been inactive for extended periods. When a purge hits accounts we shipped, we refill.
- Follower count drops from X spam enforcement sweeps. If X determines individual accounts we shipped violate its terms after delivery, and suspends them, we refill.
- Infrastructure side drops. If our pool ever has a source side issue where an account quietly disappears from our tracking, we refill from a clean candidate.
- Geo tier consistency. Refills always come from the same geo tier you originally purchased. USA tier drops get USA tier refills. No downgrades.
What the warranty does not cover
- Suspension of your X account. If your account gets suspended by X, there is nothing on your profile for our followers to follow. The warranty cannot refill into a suspended account. If your account comes back, the warranty resumes.
- Deletion of your X account. Same reason as suspension, but permanent.
- Handle changes. If you change your X handle after a shipment, the warranty monitor loses track of which account to monitor. Contact support with the old and new handles and we relink the monitor. Relinking happens same day.
- Legitimate organic unfollows. If your content provokes unfollows below the 2 percent threshold, that is organic audience drift and we do not refill against it. The warranty is about accounts we shipped that no longer exist, not about the direction of your audience.
- Engagement drops on tweets. The retention warranty is follower specific. Likes, retweets, and bookmarks are covered under their own lifetime drop protection which works differently and is documented on the relevant product pages.
How to check your warranty status
Every customer dashboard includes a Warranty tab showing your armed warranties, the remaining window on each, the total refill count triggered to date, and the current follower retention percentage. Data updates every 6 hours. For customers without a dashboard (anonymous crypto orders), the warranty still runs, but verification requires emailing support with the original order ID and the current follower count so we can audit it together.
If you ever suspect the warranty should have triggered and did not, email [email protected] with your order ID and the current follower count. We audit inside 4 hours and either confirm the monitor is correct or manually trigger a refill if the monitor was wrong. Manual refill cases happen about 0.1 percent of the time and usually trace to attribution edge cases around handle changes we did not catch.
Why only we offer this window
The 24 month warranty pencils out because our source pool is real accounts with real retention. Real 30 day active X accounts drop at roughly 0.8 percent per quarter under normal conditions and 3 to 5 percent during X purge cycles. Across 24 months that compounds to about 8 to 12 percent total decay. Our refill absorbs the delta silently, keeping net retention above 98 percent across the window.
Bot pool sellers cannot offer a 24 month warranty because their bot accounts drop at 10 to 50 percent per month depending on how hard X is enforcing that cycle. A bot seller promising 24 months would be promising to refill the entire shipment 6 to 12 times over. The math does not work and they would run out of bots. So category warranty windows cap at 30 to 180 days because that is where the math works for sellers who are not shipping real accounts.
This is why we publish the weekly retention number on /status. Weekly averages since 2022 have ranged between 97.8 and 98.9 percent at the 24 month mark. You can verify it yourself on the status page before ordering.
Warranty on the engagement products
Likes, retweets, and bookmarks ship with lifetime drop protection, which is a different mechanism than the follower warranty. Engagement signals do not naturally decay the way follower counts do because they sit on a specific tweet and stay counted for as long as the tweet stays public. Lifetime refill covers the edge cases where X reorganizes infrastructure or an individual account gets suspended in an unrelated sweep.
Lifetime drop protection is contingent on the tweet remaining public. If you delete the tweet, the protection ends because there is nothing to refill onto. If you lock your account, the protection pauses until the account unlocks.
Transfer and sublicensing
Warranties are tied to the handle that received the shipment, not to the customer account that ordered it. If you sell or transfer your X account to someone else, the warranty transfers with the account for the remainder of its window. If you cancel your Twitterz dashboard account but keep the X handle, the warranty keeps running against the handle.
When warranty claims dispute
In the rare case where our monitor says no refill is due but you believe one should be, email [email protected] with your order ID, the handle, the current follower count, a screenshot of your X analytics showing the drop, and the approximate date you noticed. We review manually inside 72 hours. We have honored roughly 400 manual warranty audits across our history, denied about 50, and the denial cases were typically handle changes or suspended accounts that fell outside the warranty scope as documented above.
Changes to the warranty
We reserve the right to change warranty terms for future orders with 14 days notice by email. Terms on existing orders are locked at the version that was published when the order was placed. If you placed an order in 2024 with a 24 month warranty, you have a 24 month warranty even if we reduced that to 18 months on 2026 orders (which we have not).
