The contract, in English first.
Most terms of service read like they were written to hide something. Ours are not. If you are buying a follower shipment, an engagement package, or running a Managed campaign, this is the operating agreement between you and us. Read it once, keep the tab open while you order.
Who the contract is between
This contract is between you (the buyer) and Outline Technologies, the operating company behind the Twitterz brand. Outline is registered in Amsterdam since 2015. Twitterz the brand has been running since 2010. The contract applies whether you are a direct customer ordering from the marketing site, a reseller routing orders through the API, or an agency running orders on behalf of clients. Different tiers, same contract floor.
What you are buying
Depending on which page you ordered from, you are buying one or more of the following. Follower shipments: a specified quantity of real X follower accounts delivered to a handle you provide. Engagement signals: likes, retweets, and bookmarks on a tweet URL you provide. Impressions: real X impressions with dwell time either per tweet or account wide. Managed Campaigns: the above plus a human strategist and coordination for a defined campaign window. API access: programmatic access to the catalog with rate limits and webhook delivery. Every order spells out the specific unit, quantity, delivery window, and warranty terms at checkout.
What we owe you
On a typical order, three things. Delivery: ship the specified quantity within the stated delivery window. Quality: every account in a shipment passes the five filter source check described on the products pages. Warranty: 24 month retention refill for followers, lifetime drop protection for engagement signals, both activated automatically at first shipment.
Beyond that, we owe you responsive support (three minute median during business hours, 24 hour worst case SLA), a public status page with real numbers, and a refund path documented in the refunds policy for cases where we fail to deliver.
What we do not promise
- Outcomes we do not control. We ship the signal. What happens on your account is a function of the signal plus your content plus the X algorithm at that moment. We warranty the signal. We do not warranty viral outcomes, Premium monetization payouts, sponsorship deals, or any other downstream business result.
- Immunity from platform changes. X changes its algorithm, its policies, and occasionally its entire product. We adapt as fast as we can. If a platform change makes a specific service category obsolete or impossible, we notify affected customers and either migrate them to adjacent services or refund the remaining warranty window pro rata.
- Third party integrations. Payment processing, transactional email, and portions of fulfillment run through vendor providers. If any of them have downtime or bugs, we treat it as our problem operationally but our contract does not warranty their uptime as if it were ours.
Payment, crypto, and settlement
We accept only crypto through our crypto processor. Eight coins: BTC, ETH, USDT on TRC20 or ERC20, USDC, SOL, BNB, TRX, LTC. Payment confirms at one network confirmation for stablecoins and at the standard confirmation depth for native tokens. Once confirmed, your order enters the fulfillment queue.
We do not accept cards, PayPal, wire transfers (except on Enterprise annual contracts), ACH, or any other traditional rail. The crypto only posture is a cost decision that lets us offer the prices and warranty windows we do. If crypto is not accessible to you, our service is not accessible to you. That is a tradeoff we make knowingly.
Refunds, when applicable, are paid in the same coin you paid in, to the wallet address the payment originated from. We do not convert between coins. We do not issue partial refunds unless the dispute specifically warrants one.
What you agree not to do
- Order shipments for handles you do not control or have not been authorized to promote. Agencies ordering for clients are authorized by the client relationship. Random handle ordering is not.
- Resell or sublicense our API access outside the Reseller tier. Developer tier is for internal tooling. Reseller tier is for reselling. Using Developer to resell violates the contract and terminates your key.
- Probe or reverse engineer our systems looking for vulnerabilities outside the scope of the security disclosure program at security. Good faith security research through the disclosure program is encouraged. Unscoped probing is not.
- Use our service to harass, dox, or target individuals. We reserve the right to cancel orders that are clearly being used for targeted harassment regardless of whether the target is a public figure.
X Corp and Twitter Inc
Twitterz is not affiliated with X Corp or Twitter Inc. The X logo and name are trademarks of X Corp, used here only to refer to the platform on which our service delivers. We do not represent ourselves as X Corp. We do not have a partnership, reseller agreement, or endorsement from X Corp. Our service complies with X public platform policies as written, but our interpretation of those policies is our own and does not bind X.
Warranty and refunds, briefly
Detailed warranty terms live on the warranty page. Detailed refund terms live on the refunds page. In summary: follower orders ship with 24 month retention auto refill, engagement orders ship with lifetime drop protection, and orders that we fail to deliver get refunded in full. The specifics of what triggers each mechanism are documented on the respective pages.
Termination
You can close your dashboard account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Order history remains for the warranty window even after account closure so that the warranty remains honored. Data beyond the warranty window rolls off per the retention schedule in the privacy policy.
We can terminate a specific order or a customer account if the order or the buyer is using the service in a way that violates the contract, targets individuals for harassment, or involves stolen credentials or wallets. Termination refunds the unshipped portion of the order in the original payment coin.
Disputes and venue
Operating disputes (an order went wrong, a refill did not trigger, a warranty claim was denied incorrectly) resolve via email with support first, then via direct email to [email protected] if support does not close the loop. Most disputes resolve inside 72 hours of the escalation email.
Unresolved legal disputes resolve under Dutch law in Amsterdam, where the operating company is registered. Consumer buyers retain any mandatory consumer protections available in their home jurisdiction. Business buyers waive class action rights and agree to arbitration for disputes above $10,000.
Changes to these terms
Material changes (payment terms, warranty scope, termination rights, dispute venue) get emailed to every active customer at least 14 days before taking effect. Non material changes (clarifications, typo fixes, link updates) are pushed with an updated date stamp at the top of this page. Both variants are logged with a commit hash, which we publish at /terms/history if you ever want to diff what changed.
Contact
Contract questions, specific clause interpretation, or legal review requests: [email protected]. Response time is typically same business day. For non legal questions about your order, use [email protected] which is faster.
