Delivery, retention, and receipts.
Live delivery latency by product, net retention across the warranty window, open incidents, and the last 90 days of uptime. Updated every sixty seconds from our monitoring pipeline. No vanity green dots. The numbers below are what our internal dashboards show, published without translation.

Delivery,
retention, uptime.
Delivery latency measures the time between payment confirmation and first unit shipped per product. The number on the board is the rolling 24 hour median across all orders in that product category. We also track 95th percentile, which sits about 1.8x the median during normal operation and 3 to 4x during peak windows.
Net retention measures the percentage of shipped followers still counted against the customer handle at the end of the 24 month warranty window, after refills. Our lifetime average since 2022 sits at 98.4 percent. Individual quarters have ranged between 97.2 and 98.9 percent. The number includes all Global, USA, and EU tier orders weighted by shipment volume.
Uptime measures the fraction of the last 90 days during which the customer facing API and dashboard were responding within 2 seconds to a synthetic monitor. Partial degradation counts as downtime weighted by the percentage of affected requests. We publish this number raw, including the impact of third party dependencies we do not control, which sometimes makes our number lower than it otherwise would be. We prefer the honest number.
Four incidents, all resolved.
Every incident here is documented with root cause and fix, as we would write it to an enterprise customer under SLA. No marketing softening, no weasel language.
Drip scheduler lag, US peak window
During Q1 tax day traffic spike, drip scheduler for Followers Engine ran 12 to 18 minutes behind schedule for approximately 3 hours. No shipments missed delivery SLAs because the scheduler caught up within the shipment window. Root cause: thread pool saturation. Fix: auto scaling threshold lowered, validated under synthetic load.
Retention monitor false positive, 2 hour window
For a 2 hour window, the retention monitor flagged 0.3 percent of active warranties as below threshold due to a caching bug in the X API client. False refills were dispatched and caught before shipment. No customer impact, no over shipments. Fix: cache invalidation on retry path.
Crypto payment confirmation delay, BTC only
BTC payments took 45 to 90 minutes to confirm during a network congestion spike. Fee estimation recommended levels that cleared slower than expected. Shipments delayed by the same window. No refunds issued. Fix: fee estimation upgraded, defaults increased during congestion.
Dashboard load latency, EU region
Dashboard page load exceeded 3 seconds for EU users for approximately 90 minutes due to a misconfigured cache invalidation on a deploy. US users unaffected. Fix: cache config reverted, regression test added.
