Agencies make up thirty percent of our monthly GMV and we actively want that share to grow. The reason is structural. Agencies bring client relationships we cannot build directly, across industries and geographies we would never reach through paid acquisition. Every agency on the Reseller tier is roughly worth the GMV of ten direct customers with a fraction of the acquisition cost.
The program is built around that economic. Reseller margin is generous because we would rather hand 20 percent to an agency than spend 20 percent acquiring a direct customer who might buy once and leave. White label support is full because we would rather have 140 brands selling our fulfillment than 140 competitors. Client protection is formal because we need agencies to trust that introducing a client does not mean losing one.
