Numbers come from two sources. First, our internal dashboard, which logs delivery events, refill events, and warranty status per customer account. Second, customer X analytics screenshots that the customer shared with us voluntarily. For anonymized stories, identifiers are stripped but numbers remain real. For on record stories, the customer reviewed the draft before publication and approved the wording.
If you are reading this page while evaluating whether to order, the honest answer is that the typical outcome on a well run campaign looks like the median story in your persona, not the outlier.
